About TURNINGPOINT
TURNINGPOINT, LLC is a BCBA-owned and operated organization that provides evidence-based behavioral services to individuals of all ages. We use applied behavior analysis to teach meaningful new skills, increase independence, and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily living.
Our services are provided across a variety of settings, including but not limited to:
- Independent Supported Living Homes
- Adult Day Programs
- Schools
- Community settings
Our office is located in Wentzville, Missouri, and we currently serve clients throughout the surrounding areas.
Position: BCBA / Behavior Analyst
We are seeking BCBAs, Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts (PLBAs), and individuals who have completed their BCBA coursework and are working toward certification to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing clinical services, and collaborating with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinical assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Develop and oversee skill acquisition programs.
- Monitor client progress and make data-informed treatment modifications as needed.
- Provide individual, family, caregiver, and group training.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, staff, and other professionals to coordinate client services.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to direct-care staff and other team members.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on behavioral strategies and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.

Job Type: Full-time
License/Certification:
- BCBA, PLBA, or applicable Missouri behavior analyst licensure/certification pathway required
