Trellis Supportive Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses at our inpatient hospice facility, the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Schedule Options
- Full-time Days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 36 hours per week | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
