<li>Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines</li>
<li>Inspect finished products for quality and defects</li>
<li>Trim, package, and label products as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Follow production schedules and company procedures</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
