As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Manage room reservations and process payments accurately
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
- Uphold Marriott’s brand standards and service excellence
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of PMS (e.g., Fosse) is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- A welcoming attitude and a passion for guest satisfaction
