Concierge Supervisor at Antoine du Chez

The Concierge Supervisor plays a pivotal leadership role at Antoine du Chez, serving as the bridge between the guest experience, provider support, marketing initiatives, and daily front desk operations. This position is directly responsible for leading the concierge team with professionalism and accountability, ensuring exceptional service standards, and supporting the needs of both clients and service providers. In addition to overseeing inventory and retail flow, the Concierge Supervisor will execute and track front desk participation in salon and spa promotions, including the Wellness Collective membership program. This role is instrumental in fostering a strong team culture, maintaining operational excellence, and driving the business forward through education, communication, and performance-based initiatives.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead the concierge team by example, fostering a positive, professional, and proactive environment rooted in accountability and collaboration.

  • Serve as the direct point of contact for concierge team performance, including delegation, coaching, and support to ensure daily responsibilities are met and service standards upheld.

  • Act as a liaison between the concierge team and service providers, ensuring all provider needs are anticipated and met promptly to support a seamless guest experience.

  • Support new concierge onboarding and ongoing training that aligns with Antoine du Chez’s values and brand voice.

  • Maintain a presence at the front desk during key times to model ideal behaviors and ensure team consistency.

Client Experience & Marketing Integration

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all active salon, spa, and boutique promotions as directed by ownership, and ensure these are clearly communicated to every member of the concierge team.

  • Ensure all front desk staff are actively and accurately educating clients on current offerings, including seasonal promotions, product campaigns, bounce-back offers, and service spotlights.

  • Support the marketing efforts of the Wellness Collective by ensuring every spa guest is introduced to the membership program, with consistent language and enthusiasm.

  • Track client conversion rates and team participation in promotions and initiatives, providing regular reporting to ownership to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Guest Services

  • Provide exceptional guest service, handling escalated issues with grace, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of services and products to support client inquiries and drive sales.

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments efficiently, and maximize the schedule to reduce gaps and boost productivity.

  • Act as a problem-solver and handle issues independently when possible, escalating only when necessary.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory processes including receiving, PO creation, vendor communication, stocking shelves promptly, and communicating any discrepancies or delays to ownership.

  • Monitor expiration dates and manage the removal of expired inventory.

  • Partner with ownership to ensure backbar and retail needs are consistently met.

  • Conduct weekly counts for all retail product lines and bi-weekly counts for back bar supplies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a customer-facing environment preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • A natural sense of integrity, accountability, and understanding of the importance of team culture.

  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and stay calm in fast-paced environments.
