Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Manager to oversee our quality assurance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will lead a team of QA professionals, develop and implement quality management systems, and work closely with other departments to foster a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Manage quality documentation and reporting, including non-conformance and corrective actions.
- Oversee the implementation of AS9100 and NADCAP standards within the organization.
- Coordinate with NDT and other testing teams to ensure thorough evaluation of products.
- Participate in ERP and QMS initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality management and operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
- Experience with NDT methods and audits.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
