Pay: $85,000–$120,000/year, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with on-call rotation as needed
Location: Springdale, AR

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician III to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC/R systems. This is a senior-level position for a technician who can independently diagnose complex issues, provide excellent customer service, and support less-experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment

• Service boilers, chillers, refrigeration, ventilation, and VRF systems

• Work with equipment including Trane, Lennox, Daikin, Carrier, American Standard, and Mitsubishi

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using schematics and wiring diagrams

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

• Communicate repair recommendations and service needs to customers

• Complete service documentation and maintain tools and company vehicle

• Participate in an on-call rotation

• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC/R service experience

• Strong commercial HVAC experience

• Experience with boilers and chillers

• HVAC Journeyman's license

• EPA certification

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 28 feet
