DISTRICT MANAGER ~ MULTI-UNIT MANAGER
Graeter's Ice Cream is GROWING and seeking an experienced District Manager in Cincinnati!
Position: District Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $70,000 to $100,000 base + bonus opportunities
A District Manager at Graeter's Ice Cream provides leadership and drives results across a designated group of retail stores within a defined geographic area. Through the leadership and development of Store Managers, the District Manager builds high-performing management and store teams that consistently deliver exceptional guest service, operational excellence, strong sales performance, and profitability.
District Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Builds and develops a retail team that is capable of meeting and exceeding key performance and service outcomes.
- Provides leadership and guidance for Store Managers to continually improve financial, guest service, and employee engagement outcomes.
- Ensuring our retail locations are managed effectively with the goal of providing the highest level of service and quality that exceeds our guests’ expectations.
- Communicates the company’s operating plans, strategies, and results.
- Leading and participating in various projects that enhance the retail business and create a great guest experience.
District Manager Requirements:
- MUST have recent Multi-Unit Management Experience
- Preferred knowledge of QSR, Fast Casual, or Movie Theater - Must have some food service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Willing to undergo and pass drug test and background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; College Degree a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adjust to changing assignments.
- Maintain productivity, composure, and a pleasant attitude under pressure.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer skills such as POS, Cash Register, Inventory Control Programs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a RESTAURANT environment as a District Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, Area Leader, Area Coach, DM, Multi-Unit Manager or another similar multi-unit position that includes food service, beverages, or concessions.
