Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. $75,000 - $250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for Montana real estate licensure
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using basic technology and online tools
- Ability to manage time and complete coursework on schedule
- Professional attitude and commitment to completing the scholarship program
- No real estate experience required — just a genuine interest in building a real estate career
