Condominium Maintenance Technician – Madison, WI
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM | Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team and help care for a beautiful condominium community in Madison, Wisconsin. This role offers a mix of indoor and outdoor work throughout the year, including upkeep of our well-maintained grounds and seasonal swimming pool.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for general building and grounds maintenance, including:
- Routine repairs and preventative maintenance
- Landscaping support and seasonal outdoor tasks
- Pool care during the summer season
- Light carpentry, painting, and basic mechanical work
- Responding to resident maintenance requests
- Participating in a shared on-call rotation
We’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of good attendance
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfort with occasional ladder use
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- A positive attitude and readiness to learn
- Maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
