Job DescriptionProduction Associate Location: Camp Hill Shift: Monday–Friday 6AM – 2:30PM Pay: $18.75/hour Schedule: Full-time with possible overtime (Saturdays voluntary) Duration: Temp to Hire Signature Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility producing insulation materials used in roofing systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, hands-on work with long-term potential.What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Rotate and stack product coming off the conveyor line</li>
<li>Build and prepare pallets for shipment</li>
<li>Assist with general production tasks as needed</li>
<li>Learn to operate saws including a Radial Arm Saw and Trim Saw (no experience required)</li>
</ul>
