Electrical Contractor seeks a Project Manager with the following Multifamily work experience:
This is a management position. You will manage assigned projects in a manner that exceeds our contract scope requirements, customers’ expectations and ensure that our work adheres to all safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.
Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Electrical industry.
Will manage all paperwork and software associated with Job and Staff including Schedules, Payroll, Material Orders, Change Orders, Employee Hiring and Performance evaluations.
Will meet with Inspectors, Client Representatives, and coordinate with other trades.
