Alabama Pain Physicians is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our clinic team.
This is a very fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. We need someone who is experienced, dependable, knowledgeable, and able to keep up without sacrificing accuracy or patient care.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
[If applicable: This position works four days per week within these clinic hours.]
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Medical Assistant experience required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume clinic
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical office workflow
- Able to think critically, solve problems, and learn quickly
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Room patients and obtain accurate medical information
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for provider visits
- Assist providers with clinical needs
- Document accurately in the EMR
- Ensure efficient clinic flow throughout the day
We are looking for someone who can come in ready to contribute, keep up with a busy clinic, and be someone the team can depend on.
