We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney with experience in employment law or civil rights litigation. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload involving workplace disputes, discrimination claims, and constitutional or statutory civil rights violations. This role requires strong analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in employment law and civil rights matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage & hour disputes

Manage cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

Provide legal advice on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Draft motions, briefs, legal opinions, and settlement agreements

Conduct legal research on complex civil rights and labor law issues

Appear in court, administrative hearings, and mediations

Advise employers on workplace policies, investigations, and risk mitigation

Collaborate with internal teams or external stakeholders on case strategy
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active bar license in good standing

3+ years of experience in employment law and/or civil rights litigation

Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
