Porter/Detailer – Auto Dealership
Monday - Friday 8am-6pm / Every other Saturday 8am-2pm
Must have valid driver's license and insurance with clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Job Responsibilities
- Mow, weedeat and spray weeds on a bi-weekly basis or as needed
- Maintain facilities cleanliness including cleaning windows, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, snow shoveling, etc,.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Act as liaison between department staff and sales managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Detail vehicles as needed
- Maintain inventory lot presentation
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Note damage and notify service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
- Perform quality control inspections of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
- Coordinate with sales and service to ensure on-time deliveries
Education and/or Experience
Experience preferred, not required.
