We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our team at VPro Beauty Salon & Spa. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling, combined with excellent client service abilities. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Hair Cutting & Styling

Perform precision haircuts, blowouts, updos, and personalized styles suited to each client.

• Hair Coloring & Treatments

Apply hair coloring, highlights, balayage, perms, relaxers, keratin, and other treatments safely and effectively.

• Consultation

Provide professional consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles, treatments, and at-home care routines.

• Client Service

Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.

• Hygiene & Safety

Adhere to sanitation standards, disinfect tools, maintain a clean workstation, and comply with state cosmetology regulations.

• Product Knowledge & Sales

Educate clients on retail products, recommend professional home care, and promote salon services.

• Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively with other stylists, estheticians, and spa staff to ensure smooth salon operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology License in New Jersey (or ability to transfer license).

• Minimum of 1–2 years salon experience preferred (new graduates considered).

• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to keep up with the latest beauty trends and hair innovations.
