<li>Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, roofs, hydraulic jacks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide and document complete diagnostic and repairs</li>
<li>Record all parts and materials used in repairs</li>
<li>Keep supervisor appraised of work progress</li>
<li>Ensure the final work meets quality standards &amp; inspected by supervisor</li>
<li>Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned</li>
<li>Must furnish own hand tools</li>
<li>Clean driver record</li>
<li>Able to lift 25 lbs</li>
