Compensation:

$97,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the market.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client base, focusing on long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends and market conditions to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License required or in progress.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport.
