A well-established law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with 2–3 years of hands-on litigation experience to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to high-impact cases in construction law and commercial litigation.
Your Role Will Include:

Organizing case files, pleadings, and legal documentation

Drafting, editing, and submitting filings to courts and regulatory bodies

Managing attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling logistics

Coordinating depositions, hearings, and client meetings
-
Conducting legal research and background checks
-
Acting as a communication bridge between attorneys, clients, and courts

Supporting billing processes and time entry finalization
What You Bring:
-
2–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in construction or commercial law
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
-
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and proofreading abilities
-
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
-
Prior legal admin experience is a plus

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
