Buyer Agent Opportunity


Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to build a successful buyer-focused business within a structured and client-centered real estate environment while earning rewarding commissions. You will learn how to guide buyers through every stage of the home purchase process, conduct effective buyer consultations, and manage communication from the first conversation through closing. Working within proven systems and organized workflows, you will develop stronger follow-up habits, stay on top of your pipeline, and build confidence through consistent real-world experience.


With ongoing coaching, mentorship, and collaboration from experienced agents, you will continue improving your communication, daily execution, negotiation skills, and client service while building the habits that support long-term success in real estate.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

Qualifications:

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Good communication
  • Sales experience
