The Exercise Coach – Davie is looking for a part-time Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor to provide one-on-one and small group exercise sessions. This is your chance to inspire clients, help them transform their lives, and grow with a forward-thinking fitness studio. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial consultations and fitness assessments.

Guiding clients through personalized exercise sessions.

Tracking and celebrating client progress.

Delivering upbeat, motivating support to keep clients engaged.

Converting prospects into clients by selling monthly and package sessions.

Reaching out to potential clients to bring them into the studio.

Strong communication skills—confident in-person and on the phone, professional, and able to give clear, effective instructions.

A solid understanding of exercise science and human biology.

A valid CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider (hands-on, in-person training required). Don’t have one yet? You’ll need to get certified before starting.

Availability to work Saturday mornings (7 AM – 1 PM).

Legal eligibility to work in the USA.

Experience in sales.

A college degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or Nutrition.

Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction.

Background working with older adults or clients with varying limitations.

Fluency in Spanish.

Basic computer proficiency.

Flexibility to work early mornings (6 AM – 12 PM) and/or evenings (4 PM – 8 PM) Monday through Friday.
