Role Summary:
TEAM Risk Management Strategies (www.teamemployer.com) is looking for a highly organized, collaborative Implementation Coordinator to support complex client onboardings. The Implementation Coordinator will report to the Manager of Customer Success and will be tasked with coordinating onboarding processes and facilitating project management activities to support the broader Implementation team. The Implementation Coordinator is expected to provide excellent client service in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate accountability in driving and tracking project progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to a top-tier client onboarding experience. This individual will be critical to ensuring TEAM’s ongoing success by supporting project management efforts for our largest and highest priority client onboardings and establishing trust from the beginning of their time with TEAM.
What you will do:
- Review employee onboarding documents and set up new employees in TEAM’s systems
- Communicate effectively with external employees to ensure accurate and timely submission of all onboarding materials in alignment with project deadlines (including collecting employment and payroll forms and following up on missing items)
- Complete verifications for employment
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation using internal tracking tools
- Uphold a high bar for service excellence by responding to all employee inquiries in a timely, solutions-focused manner, collaborating internally as needed, and providing clear and thoughtful responses
- Proactively develop tools and strategies to optimize the employee onboarding process
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned in support of the Implementation team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint, and able to learn and navigate other internal software systems quickly and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in fast-paced, customer service-related position preferred

This role is based in California. The California pay range for this position is $23.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s skills, work experience, knowledge, abilities, education, etc. Note that this range may not apply to employees based outside of California.
