We are looking for dedicated Support Desk Technicians to join our client in the west, Minnesota metro for a variety of shifts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support while handling technical inquiries and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing technical concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Create and manage tickets within the system to ensure accurate tracking of customer inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings as necessary to facilitate project tasks and communications.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update customer profiles to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls and manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Maintain an attentive and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and inbound call management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with hardware and basic software issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in call center or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with data entry and maintaining customer records.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
