We are looking for dedicated Support Desk Technicians to join our client in the west, Minnesota metro for a variety of shifts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support while handling technical inquiries and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing technical concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Create and manage tickets within the system to ensure accurate tracking of customer inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as necessary to facilitate project tasks and communications.
- Perform data entry tasks and update customer profiles to maintain accurate records.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues.
- Handle inbound telephone calls and manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Maintain an attentive and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and inbound call management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with hardware and basic software issues.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in call center or similar environments.
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
