Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CDM Data Entry Analyst to support business operations within a power delivery environment. This role primarily focuses on data entry and customer payment research within the CDM module. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finance, accounts payable, or accounts receivable and thrive in a structured, repetitive, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry within the CDM module using internal systems
- Review customer payment information and determine accurate payment application
- Conduct research using internal platforms to resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist team members with similar payment research and reconciliation tasks as needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support in a power delivery setting
- Generate customized reports using integrated systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal communication

- Remitco – Primary data entry platform
- Genesis – Customer information system
- CAD – Research and customer detail lookup tool
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- PeopleSoft, Passport, Impromptu, Time, EERS (as applicable)
