Quality Improvement Contractor Investigator
The QI Contractor Investigator will support the safety and well-being of people served by The Arc Westchester by conducting incident investigations based on NYS regulations under the supervision of the Quality Improvement function of the organization.
Must be able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in an exceptional manner.
Ability to establish effective communication with staff at all levels, people receiving supports, and their family members.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Health or Human Services field.
- Requires at least 3 years of related experience in the field of developmental disabilities or related human services field.
- A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
- A background knowledge base of the regulations that apply to the work of The Arc Westchester is a plus.
