Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support budget tracking, cost control, and procurement activities
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests
- Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
- Support quality control and project close-out activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction
- Familiarity with project management/ Microsoft products
