Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support budget tracking, cost control, and procurement activities
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests
  • Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
  • Support quality control and project close-out activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction
  • Familiarity with project management/ Microsoft products
