This is a Monday through Friday, daytime position, allowing you to enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays with family while building a rewarding career that truly makes a difference.
Whether you have previous DSP experience or are looking to begin a career helping others, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals develop independence, confidence, and life skills while creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living skills and personal development
- Supporting community outings and recreational activities
- Encouraging independence while providing assistance when needed
- Monitoring the safety and well-being of assigned individuals
- Building positive relationships through encouragement and respect
- Implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Recording daily documentation and progress notes
- Observing and reporting behavioral or medical concerns
- Participating in team meetings and training
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Assisting with special activities and events
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate and patient
- Dependable and punctual
- A positive team player
- Professional with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about serving individuals with developmental disabilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
- Medication Administration and Behavior Management Certification (training provided if needed)
- Successful Criminal Background Check
- Central Registry Clearance
- Current Physical
- Negative TB/PPD Screening
