Lead HVAC Installer
Pay rate: $20 - $35+ per hour
Location: Vestal, NY (Binghamton area)

Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC installation projects for residential systems
- Install gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant piping
- Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems on-site
- Supervise and train HVAC installers and helpers
- Ensure all work meets local code, safety standards, and company quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer or HVAC Technician
- Experience with residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Competencies:
- Strong HVAC technical knowledge
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
The starting base salary range for this position is $20-$35/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
