Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A closed-door Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support their ongoing operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while working in a focused LTC pharmacy environment.
Schedule:
- Thursdays & Fridays
- Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure medication safety and compliance
- Conduct cycle checks to maintain accurate medication dispensing processes
- Verify prescriptions and ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Kansas Pharmacist License with a clear, no negative history record
- Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacist experience; Long Term Care experience preferred, but recent graduates and retail experience candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to start as soon as possible
