Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders
Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet the unique needs of each child
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior strategies and skills across all environments
Monitor and record progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans and optimize outcomes
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
