Role Description The Billing Account Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Murray, UT. This role is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, including setting up and maintaining billing profiles, reviewing usage data, and generating accurate utility invoices. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer and client inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing clear explanations of charges and services. The Billing Account Representative coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely billing cycles, supports training for clients on billing processes or tools, and documents account activities in company systems. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve account performance and supporting customer retention through professional, service-oriented communication.
