**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents in managing mobility and using assistive devices.
- Follow care plans and document care provided accurately.
- Build trusting relationships with residents by providing emotional support and companionship.
- Aid with meal preparation, serving, and feeding residents as necessary.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents by following housekeeping duties.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and move residents as required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
