Backfill Requisition Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform local generalist tactical execution to support business needs
- Execute general Specifications Analyst duties across assigned projects
- Support dedicated project efforts while adhering to local timelines and project requirements
- Perform local unit task work and part plan processing
- Execute change decisions in alignment with audit and standardization requirements
- Support broader business initiatives and standardization efforts
- Adapt to process and/or tool changes driven by internal or external requirements
- Maintain quality work practices and ensure alignment with organizational standards
- Support data integrity efforts, including ECM, parts data, and report monitoring
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as a floating resource to support project and workload demands
- Provide administrative support for specification-related efforts
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data for decision-making and business justifications
- Collaborate across multiple units to drive consistency in tactical execution
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings as required
Backfill Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) onsite at JDRDC – Silvis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with SAP, PDMlink, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Power BI / Power Apps is a plus
- Strong continuous learning mindset with a desire to improve processes
- Willingness to adapt to and learn new tools and processes
