### Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and cultivate new buyer and seller clients in the Sacramento area and surrounding communities
- Conduct property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses
- Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the entire buying/selling process
- Leverage provided leads and marketing resources to grow your business
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with our in-house lending team to provide one-stop service
### What We’re Looking For
- Active California Real Estate License (required)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and digital marketing
- Passionate about real estate and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals
- Previous real estate experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated new licensees with the right drive
