\n • Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and provide recommendations\n
\n • Reconcile inventory, work-in-process, and finished goods accounts\n
\n • Support month-end close, inventory accounting, and cost reporting\n
\n • Prepare profitability and cost analysis reports for leadership\n
\n • Partner with operations to improve costing accuracy and identify efficiencies\n Qualifications for the Cost Accountant:\n \n • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field\n
\n • 2+ years of accounting experience\n
\n • Manufacturing industry experience required\n
\n • Cost accounting experience preferred\n
\n • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems preferred\n
