Bring your specialized skills to a school-based contract role serving K-8 students near Saint Paul, MN. Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with eligibility to work in Minnesota schools
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a school setting, especially elementary (K-5) strongly preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish a significant plus, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to commit to 2-3 on-site days per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to K-8 students, focusing on K-5 population
- Assess students, develop intervention plans, and implement individualized therapy in coordination with teachers and special education teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all students
