Retail Cashier Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide optimal customer experience services
- Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
- Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
- Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
- Process transactions at point of sale
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Perform related duties in support of the store attaining its assigned sales goal
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
- Adhere to established operational guidelines, policies and procedures
- Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication
- Provide prompt and courteous service
- Demonstrates up to date product knowledge
- Periodic inventory counts
Retail Cashier Job Requirements:
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Demonstrated communication skills
- The willingness to follow up with customers
- Experience and desire to work with technology
- Must be capable of lifting objects up to fifteen pounds
- Reliable transportation to Cincinnati, OH
