One of Infonet's premier clients has an opening for an Application Project Manager. (9047)

JOB LENGTH: 6 Months

RATE: $68/hr 1099/Corp-to-Corp or $63/hr-W2

TERMS: Contract

SCOPE OF WORK

• Work on applications and the successful candidate will perform various functions
• Planning tasks, building timelines, budget reviews & forecasting, organizing/directing multiple phases of a project to a complete delivery, and project closure
• Work with various teams including purchasing, vendors, product teams, infrastructure teams, delivery teams and travel teams.
• Work with multiple teams to develop a project plan and timeline
• Coordinate and communicate across various verticals for deliverables
• Create and maintain budgets
• Accurately forecast spend (actuals and estimations) on monthly, quarterly, and project basis
• Communication clearly with stakeholders through both verbal and written mediums
• Evaluate and report clearly on project status, risks, financials, and upcoming/past events
• Monitor and assess project deliverables to ensure delivery

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years managing large scale projects
• 5+ years working with technical resources on projects
• 3+ years working through entire phases of project from discovery through completion activities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to lead meetings including remote users through tools such as Teams, Webex, Zoom and/or in person
• Understanding of project guidelines and when to escalate to management

PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in cruise industry
• 3+ years working in a travel position with remote, onsite work performed in that timeframe

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP certification

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

• Yes – up to 90% travel
