Employment Attorney – Arizona (Associate to Lateral Partner)

National Defense Law Firm | Remote Flexibility | Phoenix or Tucson, AZ Offices

Our client, a nationally recognized AM100 defense law firm, is seeking Employment Attorneys licensed in Arizona to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for litigators with 1+ years of experience handling employment-related disputes, including multi-plaintiff lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, and PAGA claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employment litigation from start to finish
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
  • Handle multi-plaintiff and class action matters, or single-plaintiff FEHA cases
  • Collaborate with a nationwide team under experienced trial specialists

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant employment litigation experience
  • Active Arizona bar license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage cases independently
