POSITION OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT

TYPE: Auto Collision and Repair Teacher
Full-time Position
START: August 2025
LOCATION: Lehigh Career & Technical Institute
4500 Education Park Drive
Schnecksville, PA 18078
CURRICULUM: Responsible for offering an Auto Collision Repair Program within the LCTI curriculum model.
CONTRACT: Salary, benefits, and conditions per current negotiated agreement between the LCTI Joint Operating Committee and the LCTI Education Association.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum four (4) years recent full-time work experience above & beyond a training period in auto body/collision repair and refinishing preferred.
2. Certified as an ASE Master Collision Repair and Refinish Technician, preferred.
3. Willing to obtain PA Department of Education Certification (CIP Code 47.0603 - Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician)
4. Willingness to pursue and maintain industry recognized credentials and/or certification including participation in technical seminars, workshops, and classes related to the occupation
5. Possess excellent communication skills.
6. Experience working with high school youth a plus, but not required
