Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by the state)
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- New graduates are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date
