Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Homemaking & IHS
Location: Ramsey County & St. Paul Area
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide Homemaking and Individualized Home Supports (IHS) services. Experience is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with homemaking tasks and meal preparation
- Support community participation and independence
- Assist with shopping, errands, and community activities
- Complete required documentation
- Follow client support plans and agency policies
Qualifications:
- Reliable and compassionate
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
