Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire a full-time PowerApps Developer to support FAA efforts in Washington, DC.

EES is seeking an experienced PowerApps Developer to design, build, and maintain low-code applications that streamline intake workflows, automate business processes, and deliver interactive dashboards. You'll translate user requirements into reliable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and provide ongoing support for live applications.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Info Systems/related IT field..
  • 2+ years of hands-on automation and CI/CD experience.
  • Strong skills in data modeling, connector configuration, and low-code application design.
  • Proven ability to automate business processes and implement interactive dashboards.
  • Experience integrating with external systems and data sources.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, user-support, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program and its phases (vulnerability management, configuration management, identity and access management, and incident response).
  • Proficiency in Zero Trust principles, including micro-segmentation, least-privilege access, and continuous verification of users, devices, and services.
  • Expertise in the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) (SP 800-37/SP 800-53), from categorization through monitoring and continuous authorization.
  • Familiarity with the Cybersecurity Assessment and Secure Mission (CASM) model for evaluating control effectiveness and mission impact.
  • Knowledge of Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) requirements and annual reporting processes.
  • Experience applying FedRAMP security controls for cloud service providers and managing authorization packages (SSP, SAR, POA&M).
  • Understanding of DISA STIG and SCAP standards for system hardening and automated compliance checking.

Responsibilities:

  • Workflow & Form Automation.
  • Gather requirements and enhance intake and tracking workflows.
  • Build and maintain automated data-entry forms and approval processes.
  • Dashboard Development & Maintenance.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot interactive summary and detailed dashboards.
  • Ensure automatic data refresh and support self-service reporting.
  • System Integration & Data Consolidation.
  • Automate data consolidation, transformation, and visualization across multiple sources.
  • Map and model data flows to support end-to-end process automation.
  • Application Support & Enhancement.
  • Update applications with new features and patches based on user feedback.
  • Monitor application health, triage support requests, and resolve issues.
  • Documentation & Collaboration.
  • Author and maintain runbooks, user guides, and technical specifications..
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and plan enhancements.

Required tools and Technologies:

  • Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate.
  • Data & Integration: Dataverse or equivalent data service, SharePoint lists or other data stores, SQL databases
  • Reporting & Visualization: Power BI (or embedded dashboards), custom data views.
  • Automation & Scripting: Power Automate flows, JSON, basic JavaScript/TypeScript for custom components.
  • CICD and DevOps: Git, Jira, Jenkins, Ansible.
  • Monitoring & Support: CloudWatch or similar telemetry systems.
