- Proficient and hands on experience in CATIA and CAE knowledge for FEA, CFD, Thermal, Vibration and Critical Speed analysis.
- Core knowledge required in off-highway equipment. Or any other heavy industry.
- Work experience in Commercial vehicles / Tractors / Tippers will be add on advantage.
- Candidate shall have demonstrated experience in design and development of NPD systems regards
- Mechanical Design for structures, Hydraulics
- Sound knowledge of design process, work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team.
- Design knowledge of various manufacturing process and system integration.
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS and DFMEA is essential.
- Should have experience in component development
- Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements
- Participate in key project meeting and guide technical leads during planning and developing solution from user perspective
- Work with user support team / Business team as per project requirement
- Knowledge of GD&T and its application
- Study the inputs received from customers / Onsite coordinator, check the completeness of data and seek clarification or additional data if required.
- Providing technical solutions to difficult/specialized problems
- Ensure on time delivery with required quality level
- Update the work status to module lead / customer / Onsite coordinator
