We are seeking skilled Leasing Consultants --- (Spanish/English speaking), for an apartment community in North Austin. We're seeking a motivated, friendly and experienced leasing professionals who match the skillset requested to apply and get started!

Bilingual Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Six months of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
• Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish!
• Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing knowledge.
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and phone etiquette.
• In person sales skills and superb communication skills.

Leasing Consultant Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units.
• Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified and meet the property's regulations.
• Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations.
• Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees.
• Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service.
• Keeping an eye on community facilities such as mailrooms, fitness centers and laundry rooms.

Property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMAN, & BLUEMOON are a PLUS.
