You will be an integral member of the front office team that creates a distinctively bespoke and authentic experience for our guests. Pre-arrival correspondence with guests will be an integral part of establishing a guest experience to exceed their expectations. You will warmly greet in-house guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details. You will be able to promote The Lake Estate on Winnisquam services and amenities connecting guests to local and authentic experiences in the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure and provide a flawless, upscale, professional, and high-class guest service experience for guests throughout their stay.
- Use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to provide ideas about guest amenities and experiences and organize itineraries and reservations on their behalf both prior to arrival and on-site.
- Available to cover front desk to assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed.
- Utilize the freedom to go beyond to become an expert in the local community and confidently connect visitors to unique and unforgettable experiences in the local area.
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are met, exceeding expectations.
- Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
Education and Skills:
- A qualified applicant is a "people person" who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
- Previous experience within the Front Office of a luxury resort is preferred, passionately providing service to others.
- This is a demanding business, and we look for flexibility with workdays and hours, but it's also a lot of fun! Evenings/weekends/holidays are a must, but every effort will be made to ensure time off requests are met.
- Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing in a clear and concise, professional manner.
- People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
