If that sounds like you, apply today!Job Type: Full-Time ExemptSchedule: Two-week rotating shift. Week 1: Monday - Friday, 7a-5p, Sat/Sun off. Week 2: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, 7a-5p, Wed/Sun off.Targeted Pay Range: $85,000-$120,000 per year.(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual salaried rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)Duties & Responsibilities:The Store Manager will plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to store operations and is responsible for the leadership and management of the store staff and daily store operations. Leads, coaches, and motivates stores staff to meet and exceed performance goalsManages daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and staffingDrives the team to customer service excellencePrioritizes, delegates, and directs the work and projects for the store staff and assigned employeesEnsures policies and procedures are communicated and properly enforcedEnsures compliance with safety standards to ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient mannerMonitors sales performance and implements strategies to drive resultsFosters a culture in support of the mission, vision, and values of L&M SupplyJob Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related degree program AND 3 years of related professional experience OR2-year degree in Business, Retail Management, or related degree program AND 5 years of related professional experience OR7 years related professional experienceKnowledge RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of retail operationsAdvanced knowledge of retail store operations and modern retail store practices and proceduresIn-depth knowledge of the principals of management and leadership, to include staffing, employee relations, employee development, and performance managementTeammate Traits:Our traits set the bar as to what great teammates look like.
