We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join its production team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, detailed assembly work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

You will assemble and wire complex mechanical and electrical components using blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and mechanical drawings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire complex equipment, products, units, and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, models, and work instructions.
  • Fit, adjust, and align mechanical and electrical components.
  • Follow production schedules and work priorities.
  • Read and follow mechanical drawings, product structures, bills of material, and work-cell procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment such as presses, crimpers, engravers, riveting machines, and encapsulation equipment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform basic computer tasks to review drawings and work instructions, update job status, and record production information in Excel or ERP systems.
  • Assist with assembly operations in other departments based on production needs.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality, workmanship, and ISO standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support overtime and additional production assignments when needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
  • Mechanical assembly experience combined with electrical or electronic safety knowledge will also be considered.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Ability to identify electrical components, wiring, and color codes.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, presses, or similar production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent workmanship.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to access electronic drawings and enter production information.
  • Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
