Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operation of meal site including volunteer management at Twilight Towers, Tell City , IN.
• Responsible for recruiting volunteers to work meal site
• Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion. Includes: timesheet, attendance, deposit slips, order sheet, supply form, volunteer reports, and participant information
• Complete General Liability Loss Notice Accident Report for any volunteers or participants injured on the site
• Responsible for the safe handling of donations given by participants. Must count money daily with one other person to verify and then deposit into bank
• Attend all meetings as requested
• Promote and provide meal site supportive services such as birthday parties, bingo, card playing, etc., if participants desire

• Self reliant, good problem solver, detailed oriented

Qualifications

Will train

No Nights or Weekends. Hours are 10:00 am until 12:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Must be able to pass background check, and drug screen.
