What You’ll Do

As the Resident Care Coordinator, you will support the Health & Wellness Director and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

A major component of this role includes creating and managing staff schedules to ensure the care team is properly staffed and supported.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and manage weekly caregiver and medication aide schedules
• Support daily operations of the care team
• Monitor medication administration and documentation
• Review care tracking and follow up on missing documentation
• Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates
• Support incident reporting and follow-up investigations
• Provide coaching and support to caregivers and medication aides
• Address resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Participate in shift huddles, care conferences, and team meetings
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

✔ Active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
✔ Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living
✔ Experience creating or managing healthcare staff schedules
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Knowledge of medication administration and documentation
✔ Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced care environment
✔ Passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life
